Mission
To coordinate a workplace fundraising campaign
that enables BC Government employees to support
local charitable organizations that strengthen our
communities.
What type of funding is available?
Fund Supported charities are selected on a 3 year
basis by a committee of volunteers in that region to
receive a portion of the pool funds. The criteria
for Fund Supported charities are based on a number
of factors including the perceived need, trends of
donors and the impact and value within the
community. The full granting process is required to
be considered as a Fund Supported charity.
Application period for the PECSF 2011-2013 Fund
Supported Pool cycle has closed.
Next funding cycle Application period: Spring
2013
Donor Choice charities are
selected by the employee donor. All monies are
disbursed directly to the federally registered
charity. Charities can be added to the list during
Campaign time at the request of employees only.
